When exactly am I charged?

You pay when buying a credit pack through Paddle. One credit is spent at fax dispatch. If the carrier reports failed delivery, the credit is returned to your balance for a retry.

What happens to my document?

Your file is stored encrypted only for as long as it takes to transmit, then permanently deleted the moment the fax reaches a final state.

Which file types and sizes work?

PDF, JPG and PNG files up to 8MB. Multi-page PDFs are transmitted as a single fax at no extra cost.

Where can I send faxes?

Any fax number in the United States and Canada. International destinations are not supported yet.

How do I know it arrived?

Every fax gets a private tracking link showing its current status and final result. A carrier delivery result is not confirmation that the recipient accepted a filing.
