Privacy Policy

• The document you upload — stored temporarily so it can be transmitted, then deleted.
• Destination fax number — needed to place the call, and kept with the transaction record.
• Your email address — used for the delivery confirmation and to hold your fax credit balance.
• Transaction metadata — status, timestamps, page count and error codes, used for support and accounting.

We do not require an account, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Uploaded files are stored in a private, non-public bucket and transferred over encrypted connections. Once a fax reaches a final state (delivered or failed), the file is deleted from our storage. We do not read, index or reuse the contents of your document.

• Paddle — payment processing and merchant of record. Card details are entered directly with Paddle and never reach our servers.
• Telnyx — the telecommunications carrier that transmits the fax.
• Supabase — database and encrypted file storage.
• Resend — sending confirmation emails.

Documents are deleted after sending. Transaction records (fax number, email, status, timestamps) are retained for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes, and payment records are retained by Paddle as required by tax law.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Email privacy@faxasap.com and we will respond within 30 days. Unused credits are forfeited if you request deletion of your credit account.

We use only what is necessary to run the site. Your email address and recent fax list are stored in your browser’s local storage so the tracking page works on your device; clearing site data removes them. Paddle may set cookies as part of its checkout.
