• Delivery to any fax number in the United States and Canada
• PDF, JPG or PNG documents up to 8MB, up to 10 pages per fax
• Live delivery tracking on your own tracking link
• Email confirmation once the fax is delivered
• Automatic credit return if the fax cannot be delivered
• Your document is deleted from our storage after sending

Buying a pack adds fax credits to the email address you enter at checkout. One credit is spent when a fax is dispatched. Credits never expire and can be used for any later fax from the same email address.

If our carrier reports that a fax could not be delivered (busy line, no answer, invalid number, or a non-fax destination), the credit is automatically returned to your balance so you can retry at no extra cost.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record. Your card statement will show Paddle alongside FaxASAP, and Paddle issues your invoice and handles any applicable tax.

International destinations outside the US and Canada, premium or toll-charged fax numbers, inbound fax receiving, and dedicated fax numbers are not currently offered.
