Terms of Service

These terms form the agreement between you and FaxASAP when you use faxasap.com to send a fax.

Last updated: August 19, 2026

1. The service

FaxASAP is a pay-per-use online fax service. You upload a document, enter a destination fax number, and we transmit that document to the destination through a licensed telecommunications carrier. No account is required.

2. Credits and payment

Faxes are paid for with credits purchased in packs of 1, 5 or 20. One credit is consumed when a fax is dispatched. Credits are linked to the email address used at checkout, never expire, and have no cash value.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as merchant of record and seller for your purchase. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to the transaction and Paddle issues your receipt and any applicable tax documentation.

3. Delivery and credit return

Delivery times depend on the receiving fax machine and typically complete within a few minutes. We cannot guarantee that a destination line is available, staffed, or capable of receiving your document.

If our carrier reports a failed transmission, the credit is automatically returned to your balance. A returned credit is our standard remedy for a failed fax.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use FaxASAP to send:

  • unsolicited advertising, junk faxes or bulk marketing material
  • content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory or obscene
  • material that infringes another party’s intellectual property rights
  • fraudulent documents or content intended to deceive the recipient

You are responsible for having the right to send the document and for confirming the destination number is correct. Sending unsolicited faxes may violate laws such as the US Telephone Consumer Protection Act; you are solely responsible for compliance.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the documents you upload. You grant us only the limited licence needed to transmit the document to the destination you specify. Uploaded files are deleted from our storage once the fax is completed.

6. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and carrier outages may temporarily prevent sending.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a fax is limited to the amount paid for that fax. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed deadlines or lost business, arising from a delayed or failed transmission.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Questions can be sent to support@faxasap.com.
